dear readers,
welcome to my first post!
this is my blog, a place where I'll be sharing my very random thoughts, un-thoroughly planned essays, and opinions that have nowhere to go except the internet. I can't promise (m)any grand revelations, though I do hope this becomes as supercalifragilisticexpialidocious as I'm wishing.
I think of this blog as a type of commonplace book. a little scattered, with a few papers peeking out at awkward angles with half-written thoughts. if everything goes to plan, there will be diary entires (including memories that I never want to forget), reviews of books, movies, tv shows, and albums that have a place in my heart. there might even be a bit of poetry, if I'm brave enough.
in all honesty, I am trying to create something inspired by Rookie Magazine, or dallgoodman (a reference only pretentious teens would get)
